■ Regarding Customs Clearance

■ Handling of Returned Parcels

If items are returned to our shop due to a refusal to pay customs duties and other charges or a refusal to accept the items, we will issue a refund after deducting the actual costs incurred for the return (such as international return postage and handling fees) from the amount already paid.
