Our shop is based in Japan. All items from our shop are dispatched from Japan to overseas destinations. As a general rule, items will be dispatched via Japan Post Co., Ltd.’s international postal service.

Please check the following details before making a purchase.

■Special Notes Regarding Delivery Times to Certain Countries

Deliveries to Italy, Spain, Belgium and Portugal are currently subject to very lengthy customs clearance procedures.

Regardless of the delivery service used, depending on the status of customs clearance, it may take over a month for your order to be delivered. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

■ Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All items from our shop are dispatched on a DDU basis. Import duties, taxes and handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient (the purchaser).

For buyers in EU Member States, a flat-rate duty of 3 euros per HS code is levied on items with a purchase price of 150 euros or less. Please note that as a camera body and lens set are classified under two different HS codes, a flat-rate fee of €3 will be charged for each item. Please also be aware that fees other than customs duties may apply.

Please be sure to check with your local customs office in advance regarding customs duties, fees and other charges.

■ Regarding Customs Clearance

In some countries, the recipient may be required to submit documents or complete procedures during customs clearance. As the recipient (purchaser) must liaise directly with customs regarding these procedures, please ensure you comply with the requirements.

If customs requests additional documents such as an invoice or receipt, we will issue the necessary documents; please contact us in such cases.

■ Regarding Retention or Return by Customs

If the recipient (the purchaser) fails to complete customs clearance procedures, the parcel may be returned to the sender or disposed of after a certain period.

In such cases, responsibility lies with the recipient (the purchaser), and our shop cannot accept any liability.

■ Handling of Returned Parcels

If items are returned to our shop due to a refusal to pay customs duties and other charges or a refusal to accept the items, we will issue a refund after deducting the actual costs incurred for the return (such as international return postage and handling fees) from the amount already paid. Please be aware of this in advance.

Before purchasing any goods, please check with your country’s customs authorities to find out how much these additional charges will be.

■ Regarding Invoices and Declaration Details

In accordance with the law, we declare the accurate product details and prices.

We cannot accommodate requests for undervaluation or for items to be treated as ‘gifts’.

■ Regarding Delivery Delays

Delays in delivery may occur due to customs clearance procedures or local circumstances.

Please note that you will need to contact the delivery company yourself to check the delivery status of your order or to arrange matters such as redelivery.
